As an example, we offer the closed shell of a detached single-family home with a gross floor area of 100 m² from €100,000 + VAT. This is a volume that can be developed into a home with, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, WC, open living space with kitchen and a staircase to the first floor (45 m²); and on the first floor a landing, bathroom, one large bedroom (16 m²) and, optionally, one or two additional bedrooms (16 m² or 2 × 8 m²).
This home can be built as a detached house as well as in a semi-detached or terraced configuration.
And we achieve the passive house standards regardless of the orientation of your home!
